A somatic guide, sound artist, breathwork facilitator, and lover of all things that help us find our way home, especially through the landscape of grief.
For years, I’ve supported people as they breathe again—not just in body, but in spirit. Whether grief has entered as a sudden storm or a quiet ache, I believe our bodies hold wisdom for healing that words alone can’t always reach. Through somatic work, breath, and sound, I help clients honor what hurts, find new rhythms, and gently reawaken to life.
I helped create the Seasons of Solace meditations as a living companion for those in mourning—an invitation to witness, soften, and honor the cycles of loss and renewal. In my private practice, I regularly hold space for individuals moving through loss, weaving in somatic practices, sound healing, and deep presence to meet grief exactly as it is.
Healing, becoming, remembering—these are messy, magical paths. Whether we’re breathing through heartbreak, tuning the nervous system with crystal bowls, or midwifing a soul-aligned vision, every session is a doorway into deeper presence and gentle reclamation.
When I’m not in session or weaving sound, you’ll probably find me in the woods, singing to the trees or walking with Una, my four-legged supervisor and muse.
